Inspired by the constellation Orion whose brightest star is the red giat called Betelgeuse, one thousand times larger then our Sun.

A full-bodied Bordeaux-styled blend with layers of dark berries, cassis, leather and hints of dried tealeaf. Youthful with intense mulberry and cranberry undertones. The wine is fresh, robust and generous with a firm tannin structure and very good length.
A rich dish for a rich wine - Oxtail Stew with herbs and red wine on polenta, Lamb Shank on wilted spinach and mashed potato.
