The “83” refers to the department number of the Var, the winery's home county in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. This open, gentle wine dances with attractive bright, fresh fruitiness. It is crisply textured, with a strong citrus element along with raspberry sweetness. It is an apéritif style.
The 83 Rosé has an exceptional blend of 50% Cinsault, 35% Mourvèdre, and 15% Syrah that comes from the best terroir of our vineyard located at Le Luc en Provence. Harvesting by night, the grapes are protected against oxidation and give a nice clear color! The rosé 83 is on the red fruits, peach and lychee with a nice complexity. It goes well with fish, red and white meat, salad, sushi and spicy food. A lovely Provence rosé wine.
The Rose 83 is not only a wine. It became a Pass to a luxury Life. Inspired by what made the French Riviera famous all around the World, the simplicity of this unique Nectar delivers more than just exquisite aromas.
Incessantly connected to a certain perception of Luxury, the Rose 83 confers to those who hold a bottle in their hands a trendy and stylish way of Life.
Multiplying the moments of pleasure and togetherness on every occasion, the Rose 83 is worth nothing unless it is shared with friends, family and with each people sharing the same values of a better Life.
