This Languedoc-Roussillon Domaine de Sérame Organic Chardonnay is also biodynamic. A beautiful warm, golden colour. Fine, elegant, very fruity and buttery. Fresh aromas of delicious pear, apple, sweet spices and citrus notes with medium soft acidity and full body. Overall it is light, dry and refreshing. The wine is also labelled as Sulphite Free.

The Château de Sérame is a magnificent estate situated in a natural and wooded environment, close to the Canal du Midi. Its park shelters a generous and wild vegetation, rich in animal species and in typical plants of the region.

Its vineyard bases largely on the Corbières AOP, Minervois and on the plots of Pays d’Oc IGP, composing a pallet of remarkable soils of complexity and diversity. In the 2000’s, an ambitious plan of investment allows a complete restructuration of the vineyard transformed Château de Sérame into a model vineyard.
