We love our Jammin’ and the 2013 vintage once again does not let us down. This Bordeaux-style blend has a Cabernet base wine. Its aromas of dark cherry, white
pepper, cocoa are enriched with cedar and vanilla from the French oak barrel. The mouth is playful with fruit and sophisticated with the soft tannins and lingering finish.
Wonderful complexity and youthfulness, from the initial aromatics to the finish. A complex mix of currant, earth, eucalyptus, mineral and tobacco. Holds its
finish with long aftertaste without being heavy or tannic. Very much able to enjoy now however 5+ in the bottle will allow it to show it’s true colors.
