HARVEST NOTES
Grapes were handpicked at optimal ripeness in early March 2018. The yield was 7.9 tons per ha.

TASTING NOTES
Deep crimson in colour. This wine showcases attractive dark berry fruit with savoury and earthy notes. Elegant with juicy soft tannins and good acidity.
FOOD NOTES
Pairs well with slow roasted pork belly, with a reduction of berries, and or seared tuna.
