COMPOSITION: 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Semillon

WINEMAKING NOTES: The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested by hand, and then whole-cluster presses and fermented in stainless steel (90%) and neutral barrels (10%).

TASTING NOTES: Westerly 2016 Sauvignon Blanc offers lots of flinty, stony, crisp pinapple, grapefruit and melon notes, medium body and good freshness. The bright, round and juicy mid-palate in intertwined with aromas of ripe, honeyed citrus fruit.
